This notice explains how we collect and use business contact information for our outbound communications, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679) and equivalent national laws in the countries we operate in.
Milatos Booking Platform is a B2B SaaS product that provides accommodation providers and car-rental operators with an online booking page, embed-anywhere booking widgets, and integrated payments. The controller of the personal data processed for the outreach activity described here is Vagelis Filippakis, sole proprietor, established in Greece.
If you received an email from us as part of our cold outreach to small accommodation or car-rental operators, we hold the following categories of data about you (or about the business you operate):
Purpose: to invite you to evaluate Milatos as an alternative to large online travel agencies, to introduce ourselves as a B2B partner, and to facilitate further conversation if you respond.
We rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interests as the legal basis for the outreach activity. Our legitimate interest is to acquire new supplier customers and to make small Mediterranean tourism operators aware of an alternative to dominant high-commission booking platforms.
We have completed a written Legitimate Interest Assessment (LIA) following the European Data Protection Board's three-step test (Guidelines 01/2024). The LIA is available on request to privacy@milatos.com.
Geographic scope. This outreach is limited to operators in Croatia, Albania, Montenegro, Georgia, and Malta. We do not currently send outreach to operators in Italy or Spain — separate jurisdiction-specific legal review is pending for those markets.
We collect business contact information from publicly accessible sources that you (or your business) have actively published for the purpose of being contacted. These sources include:
We do not purchase email lists, scrape consumer data, or process special categories of personal data (Art. 9 GDPR).
The following data processors handle data on our behalf, each under a written Data Processing Agreement (Art. 28 GDPR):

We do not sell or transfer your data to advertisers or list brokers.
Active leads (under outreach or in conversation): retained for up to 24 months from the date of last contact.
Soft-no responses ("not now", "check back later"): retained for up to 3 months for one follow-up.
Unsubscribed addresses: retained indefinitely on the suppression list, so we can ensure we never re-contact you. This is the only data retention that may exceed 24 months, and it exists solely to honour your opt-out.

Every email from us contains a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer. Clicking it removes you from future communications permanently. You can also email privacy@milatos.com and we will action the request manually.
We may update this notice when our processing changes. The current version is shown at the top of this page. Material changes are reflected by a new version date.

Η Milatos Booking Platform είναι B2B SaaS υπηρεσία που παρέχει σε καταλύματα και επιχειρήσεις ενοικίασης αυτοκινήτων online σελίδα κρατήσεων, ενσωματώσιμα booking widgets και ολοκληρωμένες πληρωμές. Ο υπεύθυνος επεξεργασίας των προσωπικών δεδομένων που υπόκεινται σε επεξεργασία για την δραστηριότητα εξερχόμενης επικοινωνίας που περιγράφεται εδώ είναι ο Βαγγέλης Φιλιππάκης, ατομική επιχείρηση με έδρα την Ελλάδα.

Σκοπός: να σας προσκαλέσουμε να αξιολογήσετε το Milatos ως εναλλακτική λύση σε μεγάλα online ταξιδιωτικά πρακτορεία και να ανοίξουμε διάλογο εάν ενδιαφέρεστε.
Στηριζόμαστε στο Άρθρο 6(1)(στ) GDPR — έννομο συμφέρον ως νομική βάση. Το έννομο συμφέρον μας είναι η απόκτηση νέων πελατών-προμηθευτών και η ενημέρωση μικρών επαγγελματιών τουρισμού στη Μεσόγειο για εναλλακτικές λύσεις απέναντι σε κυρίαρχες πλατφόρμες κρατήσεων με υψηλή προμήθεια.
Έχουμε ολοκληρώσει γραπτή Αξιολόγηση Έννομου Συμφέροντος (LIA) ακολουθώντας τον τριμερή έλεγχο του EDPB (Κατευθυντήριες Οδηγίες 01/2024). Η LIA είναι διαθέσιμη κατόπιν αιτήματος στο privacy@milatos.com.
Γεωγραφικό εύρος. Η εξερχόμενη επικοινωνία περιορίζεται σε επαγγελματίες στην Κροατία, Αλβανία, Μαυροβούνιο, Γεωργία και Μάλτα. Δεν στέλνουμε προς το παρόν εξερχόμενη επικοινωνία σε επαγγελματίες στην Ιταλία ή την Ισπανία.
Συλλέγουμε επιχειρηματικά στοιχεία επικοινωνίας από δημόσια προσβάσιμες πηγές τις οποίες εσείς (ή η επιχείρησή σας) έχετε ενεργά δημοσιεύσει με σκοπό να επικοινωνήσει μαζί σας ο κόσμος. Αυτές οι πηγές περιλαμβάνουν:
Οι ακόλουθοι εκτελούντες την επεξεργασία διαχειρίζονται δεδομένα για λογαριασμό μας, ο καθένας υπό γραπτή σύμβαση κατά το Άρθρο 28 GDPR: Smartlead Inc. (ΗΠΑ + SCCs), Zoho Corporation (EU datacenter), NeverBounce (ΗΠΑ + SCCs), Apify / Outscraper (EU/US + SCCs).
Ενεργοί υποψήφιοι: έως 24 μήνες από την ημερομηνία τελευταίας επαφής. "Όχι τώρα" απαντήσεις: έως 3 μήνες. Διευθύνσεις που έχουν διαγραφεί: παραμένουν στη λίστα εξαιρέσεων επ' αόριστον, ώστε να μην επανέλθουμε ποτέ μαζί σας.
Σύμφωνα με τον GDPR έχετε δικαίωμα πρόσβασης (Άρθρο 15), διόρθωσης (Άρθρο 16), διαγραφής (Άρθρο 17), περιορισμού (Άρθρο 18), εναντίωσης στην επεξεργασία βάσει έννομου συμφέροντος (Άρθρο 21) — και θα σταματήσουμε αμέσως — και υποβολής καταγγελίας (Άρθρο 77) στην Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα.
