This policy explains how the Milatos booking platform (this website) collects and uses personal data when you create an account, make a booking, or sign up as an accommodation or car-rental provider, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679) and Greek Law 4624/2019.
The data controller is Vagelis Filippakis, sole proprietor, trading as the Milatos Booking Platform, established in Greece. For any privacy-related question or to exercise your rights, contact privacy@milatos.com.

KYC documents are stored outside the public web root and are accessible only to authorised administrators through an authenticated endpoint.
Card payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal acting as independent controllers for the payment transaction. Your full card number is entered directly with the payment provider and is never stored on our servers. We retain only the booking amount, currency, and a payment reference needed to reconcile the booking and the platform licence fee.
We use the following processors / service providers, each under appropriate data-protection terms:

We do not sell your personal data or share it with advertisers or list brokers. When you make a booking, the relevant details are shared with the specific provider you book with so they can fulfil it.

Η παρούσα πολιτική εξηγεί πώς η πλατφόρμα κρατήσεων Milatos (ο παρών ιστότοπος) συλλέγει και χρησιμοποιεί προσωπικά δεδομένα όταν δημιουργείτε λογαριασμό, κάνετε κράτηση ή εγγράφεστε ως κατάλυμα ή επιχείρηση ενοικίασης αυτοκινήτων, καθώς και τα δικαιώματά σας βάσει του GDPR (Κανονισμός 2016/679) και του Ν. 4624/2019.
Υπεύθυνος επεξεργασίας είναι ο Βαγγέλης Φιλιππάκης, ατομική επιχείρηση, με τον διακριτικό τίτλο Milatos Booking Platform, με έδρα την Ελλάδα. Για οποιοδήποτε ερώτημα σχετικά με το απόρρητο ή για την άσκηση των δικαιωμάτων σας, επικοινωνήστε στο privacy@milatos.com.
Όνομα, όνομα χρήστη, email, τηλέφωνο, χώρα, στοιχεία κράτησης (ημερομηνίες, δωμάτιο/αυτοκίνητο, ποσά, σημειώσεις) και κωδικός πρόσβασης (αποθηκευμένος κρυπτογραφημένα/hashed). Νομική βάση: εκτέλεση σύμβασης (Άρθρο 6(1)(β)).
Επιχειρηματικά στοιχεία και διαπιστευτήρια σύνδεσης (εκτέλεση σύμβασης), ΑΦΜ/αριθμός μητρώου και χώρα, επιχειρηματικό έγγραφο και φωτογραφία ταυτότητας (KYC) για επαλήθευση ταυτότητας πριν την έγκριση (έννομο συμφέρον Άρθρο 6(1)(στ) και νομική υποχρέωση Άρθρο 6(1)(γ)), καθώς και η αποδοχή της Σύμβασης Προμηθευτή (έκδοση, χρονοσήμανση, IP). Τα έγγραφα KYC αποθηκεύονται εκτός του δημόσιου web root και είναι προσβάσιμα μόνο σε εξουσιοδοτημένους διαχειριστές.
Αρχεία καταγραφής διακομιστή (διεύθυνση IP, ώρα αιτήματος, user-agent, URL) για ασφάλεια και αντιμετώπιση κατάχρησης, και cookies (βλ. ενότητα 5).
Οι πληρωμές με κάρτα διεκπεραιώνονται από τη Stripe και το PayPal. Ο πλήρης αριθμός κάρτας καταχωρείται απευθείας στον πάροχο πληρωμών και δεν αποθηκεύεται ποτέ στους διακομιστές μας. Διατηρούμε μόνο το ποσό, το νόμισμα και ένα αναγνωριστικό πληρωμής για τη συμφωνία της κράτησης.
Χρησιμοποιούμε τους ακόλουθους εκτελούντες την επεξεργασία: Stripe και PayPal (πληρωμές), Cloudflare (CDN, TLS, προστασία από bots/DDoS), Google/Gmail SMTP (αποστολή email), και πάροχο φιλοξενίας (EU) — έκαστος υπό κατάλληλους όρους προστασίας δεδομένων (EU SCCs όπου απαιτείται). Δεν πουλάμε τα δεδομένα σας και δεν τα μοιραζόμαστε με διαφημιστές. Όταν κάνετε κράτηση, τα σχετικά στοιχεία κοινοποιούνται στον συγκεκριμένο προμηθευτή για την εκτέλεσή της.
Διατηρούμε τα cookies στο ελάχιστο και δεν χρησιμοποιούμε cookies διαφήμισης ή analytics τρίτων. Τα cookies που ορίζουμε είναι:

Δεδομένα λογαριασμού: όσο ο λογαριασμός είναι ενεργός. Αρχεία κρατήσεων: για όσο απαιτείται για λογιστικούς/φορολογικούς σκοπούς κατά την ελληνική νομοθεσία. Έγγραφα KYC: όσο είστε ενεργός προμηθευτής και για το απαιτούμενο διάστημα συμμόρφωσης. Αρχεία διακομιστή: βραχυπρόθεσμα, με αυτόματη εναλλαγή.
Βάσει του GDPR έχετε δικαίωμα πρόσβασης (Άρθρο 15), διόρθωσης (Άρθρο 16), διαγραφής (Άρθρο 17), περιορισμού (Άρθρο 18), φορητότητας (Άρθρο 20) και εναντίωσης (Άρθρο 21). Για την άσκησή τους, στείλτε email στο privacy@milatos.com· απαντούμε εντός 30 ημερών. Έχετε επίσης δικαίωμα καταγγελίας στην Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα ή στην αρχή της χώρας σας.
